About the role
Lead the delivery of a customer-centric, data-driven digital product with a cross-functional client team: own the backlog, shape user stories, prioritise features and use product data to decide what ships next. This is an 11-month contract starting October 2026, based on-site in central Bangkok five days a week. The role is open to Thai nationals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Analytics or a related field
- 5–7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a digital or technology-focused environment
- Proven success delivering customer-centric, data-driven products that improve user engagement and drive revenue growth
- Strong understanding of product management best practices, including backlog management, user story development and feature prioritisation
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a cross-functional team environment
- Proficiency with product management tools (e.g. JIRA, Aha! or similar)
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualisation tools to measure product performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make well-informed decisions based on data
- Proficient English
Preferred
- Experience in retail O2O (online-to-offline); storefront experience is a plus
- Experience working with customer data and implementing solutions that use data insights
Contract and working arrangement
- 11-month contract, starting October 2026
- On-site five days a week at the client’s office in central Bangkok
